The CP-Carrillo PS737130H 7.3L Powerstroke Pro-H Connecting Rods with H-11 Bolts are designed for Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. Manufactured by CP-Carrillo, a custom connecting rod specialist since 1963, these rods utilize a proprietary chrome, nickel, moly, vanadium alloy that meets VAR (vacuum arc re-melt ASTM standards). The material undergoes stringent heat treatment, achieving an Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) of 195,000 and a yield of 182,000, while maintaining low notch-sensitivity and ductility. The rods are produced from an oversized forging to ensure proper grain flow and eliminate potential inclusions. Each rod is magnafluxed twice and Rockwell tested for heat treatment validation, with a final shotpeen operation. This set includes 8 connecting rods and H-11 tool steel bolts.
