The Flowtech Long Tube Headers are a performance-enhancing exhaust component designed for Small Block Chevy engines and GM Fullsize SUVs/Trucks from 1966-1991.

These headers feature precision-engineered, mandrel-bent steel tubing with 1.5-inch primary tubes and a 3-inch collector. They are coated in a high-heat, corrosion-resistant metallic ceramic thermal coating to increase exhaust velocity and reduce underhood temperatures, contributing to improved performance. All necessary mounting hardware and gaskets are included for installation.

Constructed from durable steel with 1.5-inch primary tubes and a 3-inch collector, these headers are designed to optimize exhaust flow. The mandrel-bent tubing ensures consistent diameter for maximum exhaust velocity, while the formed collectors and 5/16" flanges with sealing rings guarantee a leak-free seal. Finished with a high-heat and corrosion-resistant metallic ceramic thermal coating, these headers not only enhance performance by increasing exhaust velocity but also help reduce underhood temperatures. This can lead to improved overall engine efficiency and power output. Installation is made straightforward with all required mounting hardware and gaskets included. These headers are specifically designed for a wide range of GM Fullsize SUV and Truck models from 1966 to 1991, as well as Small Block Chevy engines. The extensive application list includes various C/K series trucks, Suburbans, Blazers, and Jimmys across different configurations and engine sizes within the specified years.
