The REESE 58184 is a trailer hitch ball hole reducer bushing designed to fill the gaps between smaller shank hitch balls and larger holed ball mounts. This steel bushing reduces a 1.25-inch diameter hole to a 1-inch diameter, allowing hitch balls with a smaller shank to fit more securely. It helps prevent rattling and potential weakening of the hitch ball shank.
