These Lakester headers are a throwback to dry lake or salt lake racers from the golden age of hot rods, offering both power and retro hot rod style. They feature high-flow, mandrel-bent tubes for consistent diameters, ensuring smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity. Built with heavy-duty tubing and high-quality welds for strength and durability. Smooth transition, 1-5/8” diameter primary tubes increase exhaust flow, improving performance, throttle response, and broadening the torque curve. The long transition velocity collector connects to an undercar exhaust, or the block-off plate can be removed for maximum sound. They also feature a TIG-welded, machined 3/8” header flange for a leak-free seal and maximum strength. Premium aluminum header gaskets and installation hardware are included. Coated in high heat resistant black paint for a classic style.
