It can even recharge a severely depleted battery (down to 0 Volts). It has 3 Charging stages: Bulk - Absorption - Float. Can be remotely controlled and monitored via Bluetooth with the VictronConnect app. Supports daisy-chaining of additional units via CAN bus.
