This tuning platform supports Cummins-powered trucks from 1998.5 to present, allowing for real-time tune switching or adjustments via a J1939 connection.

The Calibrated Power Smarty MM3 w/ Tuning & Probe system provides advanced engine tuning for Dodge Cummins trucks, designed to significantly improve performance and drivability. This system is not compatible with older Smarty platforms lacking micro SD card support. The MM3 and UDC software enable high-level tuning for a wide range of Cummins engines from 1998.5 to the present. For VP44-powered trucks (1998.5-2002), this tuning maximizes pump output and can control idle speed, timing, and smoke limitation when used with a pump tap. For common rail 5.9L/6.7L Cummins (2003-2009), it offers substantial power gains, with switchable tunes available for stock or built transmissions. The 2003-2004 Standard Output and 2006-2007 models do not support on-the-fly switching. For 4th Gen 6.7L Cummins (2010-Present), Calibrated Power engineers calibrations that work with factory emissions control systems. The "Jack" tuning level offers up to +100HP and 180 ft-lbs of torque, suitable for daily driving and light towing, while the "King" tuning level provides up to +160HP and 300 ft-lbs, requiring transmission upgrades for optimal performance. All performance tunes are developed through extensive in-house dyno testing and real-world mileage, focusing on towing performance, cold weather operation, shift quality, and minimizing smoke. *** This product is for emission-compliant vehicles only. ***
