Smarty Touch Diesel Performance Programmer

The MADS Electronics Smarty Touch programmer integrates a performance tuner with a comprehensive gauge display, eliminating the need for separate devices. This unit features a 4.3-inch color touch display with a resolution of 480 x 272 and 16.3 million colors. Its twin CPU design separates the display interface from the ECM communication controller, ensuring rapid startup (four seconds) and fast PID refresh rates. The Smarty Touch offers the renowned CaTCHER software with ten power levels and selectable parameters for fine-tuning. It can store multiple UDC custom tunes on a MicroSD card and provides ABS tire height updates in seconds. For 2010-2016 models, transmission tuning is available, including adjustments to line pressure, shift firmness, shift points, and a 6th-gear unlock feature to enhance transmission longevity. The device can also read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in plain text, adjust TPMS settings for 2010-2018 models, and set a programmable speed limiter from 25 to 250 mph. Additional features include the ability to read exhaust gas temperatures (with an optional EGT probe, sold separately) up to over 2200°F, configurable gauge dashboards with alarms, data logging capabilities, and free, fully internet-updateable software. For 2013+ models, the ComMod module (sold separately) is required to enable 'On the Fly' tuning for 2010-2018 Rams. This tuner is intended for use with a factory or DPF-back exhaust system; DPF delete functionality is not supported.
