The Norton Racing Smog Block Off Plate is a comprehensive kit engineered to facilitate the removal of the charcoal canister and emissions control air injection system on Kawasaki Ninja 400/Z400 and Ninja 500/Z500 motorcycles. This essential modification is required for riders seeking to properly tune their fuel controllers, such as the Bazzaz Z-Fi or Dynojet Power Commander PCV. By eliminating these emissions components, this kit not only prepares your motorcycle for optimal tuning but also contributes to a weight reduction of approximately 2 lbs. The kit provides all the necessary parts, including a Norton Racing Smog Block Off Plate and a selection of EPDM rubber vacuum caps (one 1/2" and two 3/16"), saving you the effort of sourcing individual components. Please note that this product is intended for closed-course race use only. This kit is specifically designed for Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Ninja 500 models from 2018 through 2026.
