Description

The United Engine & Machine Co S1724.040 is a cast aluminum piston designed for stock engine stroke applications. It features a dish-style piston head with no valve reliefs and a piston head volume of +26.00cc. The piston has a bore size of 3.810 inches (96.774mm) and a compression height of 1.835 inches. This piston utilizes a press-fit wrist pin style and comes with a yes for the included wrist pin, but no for wrist pin retainers.

The piston ring thickness is specified as 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in., and it is not file-fit or gapless. The notes mention a 3.060 inch diameter and a 0.230 inch deep recessed piston head. This piston is sold individually.
