Sniper Fabricated Sheet Metal Intake Manifold

The Holley Sniper 837251 is a high-performance fabricated sheet metal intake manifold specifically engineered for Mopar Gen III Hemi engines. This intake manifold is constructed from durable 3mm (1/8") thick T6061 sheet aluminum, ensuring longevity and structural integrity, and features 100% TIG welding for maximum strength. Its design aims to improve airflow velocity and distribution to all eight cylinders, enhancing overall performance and throttle response. Key features include a 90mm throttle bore opening with a Mopar Dual bolt pattern, designed to increase airflow potential. It is compatible with specific throttle bodies, accommodating 80mm versions for 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L engines, as well as a 92mm 6.2L Hellcat throttle body. The manifold is equipped with CNC-machined 1-1/8 inch billet aluminum cylinder head mounting flanges and includes a 3/8" fuel rail kit with laser-engraved Sniper logos. This intake manifold is optimized for a power range of 1800-6400 RPM and is designed for use with stock Hemi EV14 USCAR fuel injectors. It comes complete with all necessary gaskets and hardware for a straightforward installation. A note for 6.4L engine users: the throttle body harness and IAT sensor harness may need to be extended to reach the new throttle body position.
