The Dobinsons 4x4 Snorkel Kit (SN59-3361) is engineered to enhance off-road capabilities by providing a raised air intake system for the Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series Wagon (1990-1997), suitable for all engine types. This snorkel helps protect the engine from water ingress during river crossings and minimizes dust intake in dry conditions. It is rotationally molded using precision CNC-shaped aluminum dies, ensuring a tailored fit for the specified vehicle models. The kit raises the engine's air intake point, allowing for safer water crossings and reducing the risk of engine damage from water ingestion. By drawing in cooler, cleaner air from a higher point, the snorkel contributes to optimal engine performance and longevity. Each snorkel kit comes complete with a detailed installation template, fitting instructions, and all the necessary mounting hardware. While the kit provides all required hardware, it does not include any specialty tools needed for installation. Dobinsons notes that fitment to any vehicle and engine not matching the specified description is not recommended and will not be covered by their return or warranty policy.
