Snow Performance 15-21 Ford F150 Truck Fuel Hat - Triple Pump

The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hats feature a billet aluminum manifold with CNC machined passages, designed as a high-output fuel pump upgrade. This design eliminates the need for unreliable hoses and hose clamps, using Viton chemical-resistant O-rings for a leak-free fit. Engineered, CNC machined, and built in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, these fuel hats are black anodized for durability and corrosion resistance, making them compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels. They completely replace the factory fuel hat/bucket, retaining OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and saddle-style tank fuel transfer pump functionality. Features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports (90-degree swivel adapter fittings sold separately). Configurable with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps (450LPH or 470LPH flow rates). Designed for return-style installation only, not for returnless applications. Compatible with 100% Gasoline, 100% Ethanol, or any blend (E10, E85, E98), but NOT compatible with methanol. For street-driven applications, combining a smaller pump with larger pumps allows for lower amp draw and heat on the street, with larger pumps activating under boost for high horsepower needs. This can be achieved using a Snow Performance Boost activated pressure switch (part # SNO-81014) and a Snow Performance Multi-Pump Relay Module (part # SNF-20003).
