The Meyle HD control arm bushing set is engineered as a performance-oriented alternative to original factory bushings, which are prone to failure once the internal fluid leaks. By utilizing a solid rubber design, these bushings eliminate excess suspension play, restoring steering sharpness and a connected feel to the vehicle. This kit includes two bushings, which must be replaced in pairs per manufacturer requirements. Built for longevity, these components are part of the Meyle HD line, which redesigns OE parts to address root failure causes through optimized materials and construction. They are TUV approved and meet or exceed ISO standards. Please note that this kit is designed for specific BMW applications, including 1997-2003 E39 5 series (540i, 540iT, M5) and 1995-2001 E38 7 series (740i, 740iL, 750i, 750iL). Installation of these bushings typically requires pressing them into the existing upper control arms (tension struts). Professional installation is recommended, as improper removal or installation of the bushings can be difficult without specialized equipment. All Meyle HD parts are covered by a 4-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
