Description

The Torque Solution Solid Shifter Linkage U-Joint is engineered to provide a more precise and responsive shifting experience for specific Subaru models equipped with 5-speed transmissions. This component directly replaces the factory linkage u-joint, addressing the common issue of shifter slop and play. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and featuring a bronze insert, this linkage u-joint is built for longevity and performance. The design directly targets the elimination of excessive play in the shifter, leading to improved shift feel and accuracy. The product includes a packet of High-Temp Lithium Grease and all necessary installation hardware for a complete upgrade. NOTE: This product will not fit the 98-05 Impreza 2.5RS. For those specific models, the TQSTS-SU-473-UP part is required.
