Solid Short Throw Shifter

The JHM Solid Short Throw Shifter is engineered to provide a significant upgrade over the factory shifter for your Audi B6 S4, B7 RS4, or B7 S4. It offers a dramatically improved shift feel, resulting in quicker, crisper, and more solid gear changes. Additionally, it lowers the shifter height by 1/2 inch for a more ergonomic feel. Constructed with a new JHM steel shaft, a solid pivot assembly, a tig-welded steel lower link, and Delrin bushings, this shifter replaces the stock plastic components with durable metal parts, offering a more mechanical and connected driving experience. It comes completely assembled and retains the factory shifter knob and pushdown reverse functionality. The kit includes additional pushdown reverse springs (medium and stiff) to tailor the reverse engagement to your driving style.
