Solid Short Throw Shifter

The JHM Solid Short Throw Shifter is engineered to deliver a superior shifting experience for Audi B6 S4, B7 S4, and RS4 vehicles. This shifter replaces the factory plastic components with a robust, all-metal construction, featuring a new JHM steel shaft, solid pivot assembly, and tig-welded lower link. It comes completely assembled and ready for installation, retaining the stock shifter knob and pushdown reverse functionality. This shifter offers adjustable throw reduction settings, with options for 40% and 25% reduction, and ships in the popular 40% setting. It also lowers the overall shifter height by 1/2 inch. For aggressive drivers, additional pushdown reverse springs (medium and stiff) are included to tailor the feel and prevent accidental engagement of reverse. Installation instructions are provided via video and documentation links. The product is proudly designed and built in California and has been tested in the real world since 2006. It is compatible with the Audi S4 B6 (2003-2005) with the 4.2l V8 40v engine, the Audi RS4 B7 (2006-2009) with the 4.2l V8 32v FSI engine, and the Audi S4 B7 (2005.5-2009) with the 4.2l V8 40v engine.
