The South Bend Stage 3 Daily clutch package is designed for high horsepower vehicles desiring performance similar to OE Clutch Kits. It features a Race Engineered and SFI approved pressure plate with a significant load increase over stage one and two pressure plates (+600-800 lbs.), resulting in an increased pedal feel of 20%-25%. The clutch disc is assembled with heat-treated wear-resistant hubs, drive plates, and springs for high load transfer and dependable operation. The sprung disc centers, in conjunction with the marcel fin, create a dual dampening effect, simulating OEM start performance. It utilizes a Performance Organic friction material with a high metal content, increasing torque and RPM capability while maintaining low operating temperatures to reduce wear and prolong clutch life. This kit is recommended for daily driving, spirited street use, and occasional track days, and is suitable for use with a single mass flywheel when the original design is a Dual Mass Flywheel. It is specifically designed for the 2002-2005 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0L.
