Overview

The SI-TEX SP-120C-RF Color Autopilot System is designed for hydraulic steering, mechanical steering, and solenoid control. It includes a rudder feedback unit and does not require a separate junction box. Ideal for small vessels under 38 feet, it displays actual Compass heading & Selected Heading, along with Rudder Angle simultaneously. The compact 4.1" x 4.1" splash-proof control head features a large, easy-to-read Color LCD Display and new user-friendly software for easy operation and setup. A high-performance 9-Axis Rate Gyro Compass provides excellent steering response. The autopilot uses GPS Speed over ground (SOG) and Course over ground (COG) for enhanced performance via its NMEA-0183 GPS Interface, accepting inputs from most Chartplotters for waypoint and route steering. It also provides NMEA-0183 Output of Compass heading at 10kHz for MFD's with Chart/Radar Overlay. Steering modes include Manual (Power Steer), Auto (Pilot maintains selected Magnetic course), GPS (Steers to Waypoint or Routes when Interfaced with GPS), and Wind (Steers to wind when interfaced to wind sensor for Sailboat installations). Protected by a 2-Year SI-TEX Warranty.
