Description

The Fulton ETCSTL0701 is an economy spare tire carrier and lock designed to deter theft. It features a theft-resistant locking cap that fits over wheel studs up to 9/16" in diameter. A removable plug allows longer wheel studs to protrude, and a locking tab provides a positive locking feature.
