SPARK PLUG

The Denso 3122 is a standard U-Groove spark plug designed for improved combustion. It features a u-shaped groove in the ground electrode to reduce flame dissipation and promote a larger flame front, which can lead to better fuel efficiency and throttle response. The spark plug also has machine-rolled threads to prevent seizing during installation and removal.

Constructed with a purified alumina powder insulator for strength and thermal conductivity, this spark plug includes a five-rib insulator to prevent flashover and a copper-glass seal for a gas-tight connection between the center electrode and insulator. The Denso 3122 has a 14mm thread diameter, 1.25mm thread pitch, and a 0.031" (0.8mm) gap.
