Spark Plug: Iridium

The Denso 5344 is an Iridium Power spark plug designed for enhanced firing performance. It features a 0.4mm iridium-tipped, fine wire center electrode that reduces the required voltage for ignition. The spark plug also includes a U-Groove ground electrode with a tapered cut to increase ignitability and decrease quenching.

Constructed with a purified alumina powder insulator for strength and thermal conductivity, it also has a five-rib insulator to prevent flashover. The machine-rolled threads help prevent seizing during installation and removal, and a copper-glass seal bonds the center electrode and insulator for a gas-tight seal. Each plug is 100% pre-fired for quality assurance.
