The Bullet Proof Diesel NT-EGRC-1 is a square EGR cooler designed as a direct replacement for the 6.0L Power Stroke engine. It is constructed from stainless steel tubing that is stronger and more resistant to fatigue and heat stress failure. All joints and seams are TIG welded, and quality control ensures a direct fit.

The Bullet Proof Diesel NT-EGRC-1 is a heavy-duty, square EGR cooler engineered as a permanent solution for the problematic factory EGR cooler found in the 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines. This upgrade aims to eliminate the frequent failures and costly repairs associated with the original equipment. Developed and released in 2008, the NT-EGRC-1 cooler has a proven track record of helping thousands of Power Stroke owners overcome EGR cooler issues. It is designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM cooler, offering enhanced durability and reliability to prevent recurring problems that plague many owners within the first 100,000 miles. This product is a remanufactured unit and includes a refundable core charge. This charge is added upfront and will be reversed once the original EGR cooler unit is returned and inspected, according to the manufacturer's core return policy.
