The Bullet Proof Diesel NT-EGRC-1 is a heavy-duty, square EGR cooler engineered as a permanent solution for the problematic factory EGR cooler found in the 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines. This upgrade aims to eliminate the frequent failures and costly repairs associated with the original equipment. Developed and released in 2008, the NT-EGRC-1 cooler has a proven track record of helping thousands of Power Stroke owners overcome EGR cooler issues. It is designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM cooler, offering enhanced durability and reliability to prevent recurring problems that plague many owners within the first 100,000 miles. This product is a remanufactured unit and includes a refundable core charge. This charge is added upfront and will be reversed once the original EGR cooler unit is returned and inspected, according to the manufacturer's core return policy.
