This upgraded downpipe features a 4.5-inch inner diameter that tapers to a 3-inch outer exit, promoting freer exhaust gas flow, reduced heat buildup, and less strain on the turbo and engine. It is designed to increase turbocharger spool for earlier boost engagement and improved throttle response, offering a claimed 12+ horsepower and 4 ft-lb of torque. The kit includes the downpipe assembly wrapped in heavy-duty heat shielding, an M18 x 1.50mm hex plug specifically for Accord applications, and a comprehensive hardware bag for installation. This downpipe is compatible with factory and most aftermarket front pipes without requiring an adapter. It is designed for a direct fit on the 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R FK8/FL5, 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T, and 2019+ Acura RDX 2.0T, fitting all models including 6MT, CVT, RHD, and international versions.
