Description

SPEC Flywheels are CNC manufactured to an unheard-of .001 tolerance, ensuring perfect balance and a perfectly flat bedding surface for the clutch disc. They also carry SFI certification. The flywheel provides a consistent and friction-enhancing surface for the clutch disc, aids in proper inertia (determining power to acceleration ratio), and must provide a true balance at RPM for smooth engine revolutions. SPEC flywheels are made in high carbon billet steel and aircraft quality billet aluminum, with most steel units being rebuildable and featuring a replaceable steel friction plate.
