This clutch kit is engineered for 1996-2005 Audi A4 1.8T models that are equipped with a larger S4 clutch. It is hand-built in the USA by SPEC Clutch, Inc. and is designed to provide increased torque capacity and smooth engagement for various driving conditions, including daily driving, autocross, and drag racing. The kit features a premium Kevlar friction disc (segmented or full-faced with steel backing), a high-clamp pressure plate with CNC-machined castings, and a double-sprung hub and disc assembly for enhanced flexibility and power delivery. It is manufactured to a 0.001-inch tolerance for optimal balance and longevity. Important Note: This clutch kit *must* be paired with the SPEC steel flywheel (part number SA01SB), which is sold separately.
