The Swift Spec-R lowering springs are designed for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000. They provide a lowered stance with a 1.2-inch drop in both the front and rear.

The Swift Spec-R lowering springs are engineered for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000, offering a balance of track-ready performance and streetable comfort. These springs utilize Swift's proprietary HS5.TW material and a unique manufacturing process, designed to reduce un-sprung mass and eliminate coil bind. Designed at the upper limits of OEM shock valving, the Spec-R springs feature increased rates for enhanced performance. The front springs have a rate of 7.5 kgf/mm and the rear springs are rated at 7.0 kgf/mm. This results in a lowered ride height of approximately 1.2 inches in both the front and rear, maximizing suspension geometry without compromising usable stroke. Swift Sport Springs are developed based on each vehicle's unique characteristics, ensuring that a sports car maintains its sports car feel. The Spec-R line aims to provide an increase in all aspects of suspension tuning, from performance to comfort, suitable for both street and circuit use. All testing is done on manufacturer's original shock absorbers, and replacing them with aftermarket shocks may alter the ride height.
