Spec-R Lowering Springs

Swift Spec-R lowering springs provide a track-focused upgrade for the Nissan 370Z (2009-2020). Engineered to complement factory shocks and dampers, these springs offer stiffer rates (10 kg front, 10.5 kg rear) and a lowered stance (1.2" front, 1.0" rear) to maximize suspension geometry and enhance performance during spirited driving and track events. Swift's unique spring design ensures a consistent spring rate throughout the stroke, maximizes stroke length, provides high durability against height loss, and offers the lightest weight possible. This full set of 4 springs is built for track duty and designed at the upper limits of the OEM shock valving, offering a significant improvement over stock. Customers have reported a night-and-day difference in handling, with reduced body roll and a surprisingly smooth ride, even with stock Bilstein struts. Installation is generally straightforward, but users are cautioned to use basic spring compressors, as specialized jaw-style compressors may not fit due to the spring length.
