The KONI Special Active shock absorber (part number 8745 1309L) is engineered for the front left position of select BMW X3 models from 2004-2010. This premium shock absorber incorporates KONI's latest Frequency Selective Damping Technology (ACTIVE Technology). This advanced system intelligently differentiates between high-frequency inputs from road imperfections and low-frequency inputs from body movements. Consequently, it provides a comfortable ride over rough roads and expansion joints while delivering enhanced handling and control during cornering and aggressive driving. This specific shock absorber is designed for the front left of the BMW X3 E83 chassis. It is explicitly noted that this part excludes models with Electronic Damper Control (EDC). The fitment includes various trims such as the 2.5i, 2.5si, 3.0i, 3.0Si, xDrive28i, and xDrive30i, across the model years 2004 through 2010.
