This tie-down secures to your vehicle or utility rack using 9.5mm coated S-hooks with retention clips. It is adjustable for different container sizes via a 3-bar slider and a 1.5-inch wide-handled ratchet with a molded grip and cushioned release handle. This product is assembled in America.
