Speeduino v0.4 Engine Management System PCB

The Speeduino v0.4 PCB is a bare circuit board that serves as the foundation for a custom engine control unit (ECU). This version, v0.4.3d, is designed for through-hole components and offers robust features for engine management. Key functionalities include 4 injector channels and 4 ignition outputs, supporting up to 8-cylinder engines in even-fire configurations. It also features an optional DRV8825/8824 stepper motor driver for applications requiring idle control or other stepper functions. The input channels for critical sensors like Coolant Temperature (CLT), Intake Air Temperature (IAT), Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), and Oxygen (O2) are fully protected to ensure reliable data acquisition. Further enhancing its versatility, the board offers an optional VR conditioner mount for crank and cam inputs, allowing for precise engine position sensing. A dedicated MAP sensor mount location is provided for manifold absolute pressure readings. Additionally, it includes four medium-current spare outputs, suitable for controlling components such as fuel pumps and thermo fans, and four low-current outputs for triggering external relays.
