Coupled with our Sway Bar Arms, our complete Sway Bar Shaft solution is hands down the best yet. We start with domestically sourced Ultrahigh Strength 300M steel. Out of the gate, we're over 20% stronger than the 4340 sway bar shaft solutions on the market, but we're just getting started. Using this high silicone material, we can heat treat our Sway Bar Shafts in a perfectly sealed vacuum. This vacuum process allows controlled decarburization at the surface with an accuracy of 0.0003\". The final result is a pure sway bar shaft surface, providing superior fatigue resistance in cycling and twisting. Fewer parts are always welcome in the field, whether trail riding or racing. Our unique approach to sway bar assembly takes KISS (keep it simple, stupid) to the next level. One bolt not only clamps the Sway Bar Arm, but it also locks the Sway Bar Shaft in place with the specially keyed design of the sway bar shaft. This locking design requires no other bolts or cover plates to keep your arms in place. It's as simple as it gets. We're also introducing one more industry first: The splines of our Sway Bar Shafts and Sway Bar Arms are fully phased with each other. Out of the box, assembling your complete Sway Bar will result in perfectly aligned arms every time. Say goodbye to misaligned arms once and for all.
