The AudioControl SA-4140i SPL is a professional-grade, calibrated, full-range, omni-directional test and measurement microphone designed for seamless integration with iOS devices running iOS 6.1 or later. Its redesigned construction minimizes high-frequency diffraction, ensuring accurate acoustic analysis. This microphone boasts an increased maximum SPL handling capacity of up to 140 dB, making it suitable for high-volume environments. It features a built-in audio output and an included AC adapter to keep your iOS device charged during extended use, which is particularly useful for the iPhone 7 and later models. The SA-4140i SPL is intended for use with the AudioControl Mobile Tools app, which provides five powerful modules for analyzing acoustics, simplifying sound processor setup, and visualizing the acoustical spectrum. While the product is out of stock and backordered, it comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis after troubleshooting, requiring a Return Authorization (RA) number to be clearly marked on the shipping box.
