Sport 400 Turbo Kit

The ARTEC Performance Sport 400 is a bolt-on turbo kit engineered for the Toyota G16E-GTS engine, offering a significant performance upgrade. It integrates a genuine Garrett Motion G25-550 rotating assembly, paired with ARTEC's custom-designed compressor cover and turbine housing. These components are crafted to maintain compatibility with factory air intake, intercooler piping, and exhaust system configurations, simplifying installation. The kit also includes a Turbosmart x ARTEC Edition EM Series Blow Off Valve for a direct plug-and-play experience. Designed for use with regular pump fuel, it aims to preserve close-to-OEM turbo response while being rated for up to 400 wheel horsepower at 32 psi. This complete kit includes all necessary oil and water lines for a true bolt-on solution. Engine compatibility extends to all Toyota G16E-GTS engines, specifically the 2020+ Toyota GR Yaris, 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla, and the 2024+ Lexus LBX Morizo RR. Dyno figures from a GR Corolla equipped with this turbo kit and tuned on 109 octane fuel show an output of 412hp at 7200rpm (1.9 bar / 27.5 psi), representing a 95% gain over stock. It is important to note that ECU tuning is required after installation, and this tuning must be performed by a qualified workshop to accommodate local conditions and fuel types.
