Description

The BMC 902/20 is a multi-layer sport air filter engineered to enhance airflow and engine performance. Developed with technology derived from Formula 1, this washable and reusable filter is designed to replace your standard paper engine filter directly, requiring no modifications. This gauze is sandwiched between two epoxy-coated aluminum mesh screens to prevent oxidation. The special cotton fibers, saturated with oil, effectively capture and immobilize dust and other particles, leading to an impressive air filtration rate of 98.5%. The design process involved advanced studies by flow mechanics engineers, resulting in a filter that minimizes airflow variations. This promotes faster engine revving and increased power output. The filter's distinctive red appearance comes from a unique "Full Moulding" system, which creates a single piece without welded corners, ensuring durability and preventing breakage. Product strengths include increased torque and power, a reduction in consumption, and the high air filtration rate. This BMC air filter is a direct replacement for your original filter and airbox, contributing to improved engine efficiency and better combustion.
