This front brake kit enhances Tacoma braking with immediate stopping power without altering pedal feel. Rotors are superior-quality iron, precision-machined, e-coated, and feature a drilled, slotted, and vented design for moisture/dust clearance, increased surface area, and cooling. This ensures consistent performance, maximum bite, and minimal fade. High-performance Sport series pads use an advanced para-aramid composite for a higher friction coefficient and quicker response. They also have a higher maximum operating temperature (MOT) to reduce fade, produce low noise and moderate dust, and incorporate OE-style chamfering and slotting. Direct bolt-on installation requires no modifications, but DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid and high-temperature brake pad lubricant are needed.
