The Eisenmann Sport exhaust is a true German-made performance exhaust system engineered for the BMW M3 2.3L E30 (1986-1992). It directly replaces the stock muffler, clamping to the factory center section and using all original hangers and gaskets for a straightforward installation. This performance exhaust features dual 70mm round, straight-cut stainless steel tips, designed to be larger than stock and fill the rear valence opening aesthetically. Eisenmann focuses on creating a distinct exhaust note, described as a muted rumble rather than an overpowering boom, allowing the sound to be heard from inside the car without drawing excessive external attention. As an OE supplier to marques like Porsche and Mercedes AMG, Eisenmann is known for producing exhaust sounds that complement the vehicle's character. For further sound tuning, Eisenmann offers optional center pipes, including a free-flow resonator for a more subdued tone or a straight pipe for increased volume.
