The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for street-driven cars, offering a significant upgrade in performance and adjustability for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang (S550). These coilovers provide a ride height adjustability range of 1-2.5 inches below factory height without sacrificing suspension travel. Each corner features 32 levels of damping adjustability, controlling both rebound and compression with a single knob, allowing for fine-tuning of the ride quality. The Sport Series coilovers employ a monotube damper design to enhance heat dissipation and reduce oil leakage, ensuring consistent performance. Construction highlights include T6-6061 aluminum components for the top mounts, perches, and collars, providing a lightweight and corrosion-resistant build. The shock bodies are electroplated for rust protection, and feature low-friction, pressure-resistant housings for smooth damping and longevity. The springs are made from SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound steel for durability. Additionally, these coilovers are rebuildable, allowing for replacement of individual parts like shock cartridges. Standard top mounts utilize rubber bushings to minimize noise, with an optional upgrade to aluminum camber plates with pillowball bushings available. These coilovers are designed as a 100% bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications for installation. The product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
