Sport Coil-Overs

The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for street-driven cars, offering significant enhancements in handling and adjustability for the 1994-2005 Pontiac Sunfire. These coilovers feature a monotube damper design for improved heat dissipation and reduced oil leakage. They provide 32 levels of adjustable damping, allowing fine-tuning of both rebound and compression through a single knob. The ride height is adjustable, allowing for a drop of 1-2.5 inches below factory height without compromising suspension travel. Independent lower mount adjustment ensures shock and spring integrity during height adjustments. Constructed with T6-6061 aluminum for lightweight, corrosion-resistant top mounts, perches, and collars, these coilovers also feature an electroplated shock body for rust protection. The use of SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound springs ensures durable and consistent performance, complemented by Japanese NOK seals and Italian IP damping oil to prevent leaks and maintain high-performance damping. Integrated dust boots and bump stops protect the components from debris and wear. These are a 100% bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications unless otherwise specified. They are rebuildable, with individual replacement parts available. SF Racing products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
