Sport Coilover with 32 Levels of Damping Adjustment

The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for street-driven vehicles, specifically the 1974-1993 Volvo 240, offering a balance of performance and comfort. These coilovers provide extensive ride height adjustability, allowing for a drop of 1-2.5 inches below factory height while preserving suspension travel. The monotube damper design enhances heat dissipation and reduces oil leakage. For precise tuning, each corner offers 32 levels of adjustable damping, controlling both rebound and compression with a single knob. The shock bodies are electroplated with a zinc coating for rust protection, and they utilize low-friction, pressure-resistant housings for smooth operation and longevity. The springs are SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound, ensuring durability and consistent performance, while Japanese NOK seals and Italian IP damping oil prevent leaks and maintain damping integrity. Reinforced rubber top mounts are used to reduce noise and improve handling. Installation of these coilovers requires welding. It is important to note that while these coilovers are designed for 2WD vehicles, they are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems (EDC, DDS, etc.) unless explicitly stated otherwise. If your vehicle is equipped with such systems, additional parts may be necessary to prevent error codes. The rear suspension design is divorced, featuring separate shock and spring components.
