The Active Autowerke Sport Headers are meticulously crafted from 100% 304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to the elements. These performance headers are engineered to replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters on BMW E46 325i, 325Ci, 330i, 330xi, and M54 models. By optimizing exhaust gas flow, these headers significantly reduce heat buildup and unlock the engine's potential for maximum horsepower. The design is suitable for both naturally aspirated and forced induction applications, including supercharged setups. Installation is facilitated by a bolt-on design that provides a precise fit to the existing factory exhaust system, and the kit includes all necessary mounting hardware. It is crucial to note that these headers are intended for off-road use and racing applications only, as they eliminate the catalytic converters. This product is sold exclusively for racing, competition, track, hobby, or other off-road use and is prohibited on any motor vehicle subject to emissions inspection or control.
