Sport Headers

The Soul Performance Sport Headers are designed to enhance the performance of Porsche 911 Carrera, Turbo, Turbo S, and Dakar models (992.1) from 2019 onwards. They replace the restrictive OEM exhaust system with a performance-driven design, featuring a precision-formed 3-into-1 merge collector that significantly improves exhaust scavenging and turbocharger efficiency. Each header set is constructed in the USA from T304L stainless steel tubing with a .065″ wall, utilizing precision laser-cut flanges and mandrel bends. The tubing is back-purged and TIG welded for full weld penetration and long-term durability under demanding conditions. These headers are manufactured on heavy-gauge aluminum fixtures that absorb heat during fabrication, ensuring the components remain true to spec for consistent and accurate fitment. The system boasts equal-length 1.75” runners designed to maintain consistent exhaust velocity as gases move towards the collector and turbocharger. This balanced layout promotes faster boost delivery and more usable power across all gears. The outlet sizing is also upgraded from the stock's uneven internal diameters to a uniform 2.25”, allowing for greater exhaust volume movement and supporting high-output Porsche 911 builds, resulting in a broader powerband and quicker acceleration. This upgrade is noted to provide added performance without triggering a check engine light. Fitment includes Porsche 911 Carrera (992.1) 2019+, Carrera 4 (992.1) 2019+, Carrera 4 GTS (992.1) 2021+, Carrera 4S (992.1) 2019+, Carrera GTS (992.1) 2021+, Carrera S (992.1) 2019+, Carrera T (992.1) 2022+, Dakar (992.1) 2022+, Sport Classic (992.1) 2022, Turbo (992.1) 2020+, and Turbo S (992.1) 2020+.
