Sport Lowering Springs

The IPD Sport Lowering Springs are engineered to enhance the performance and aesthetics of the Volvo 240 and 260 estate/stationwagon models. These springs are designed to lower the vehicle by approximately 1.25" to 1.70" and feature an increased spring rate of about 20% over stock. By lowering the center of gravity and increasing the spring rate, these IPD springs effectively reduce body roll and sharpen handling characteristics. This upgrade not only improves the driving dynamics but also gives the Volvo 240 a more aggressive, sporty appearance by lowering its profile. Specifically, the front of the vehicle will experience a drop of approximately 1.75 inches, while the rear will be lowered by about 1.5 inches.
