Sport Manifold with 300-Cell Euro3D4 Sport Catalysts

The Schmiedmann SCM395254 is a high-flow sport manifold specifically engineered for M52/M54 engines, featuring integrated 300-cell Euro3D4 sport catalysts. This manifold is compatible with both left-hand and right-hand drive models. For RHD models, a minor adjustment involves making a small dent in the manifold and modifying a heat shield as shown in the provided pictures. If the oxygen sensor wires are not long enough, they can be relocated behind the engine over the transmission. Please note that this system does not have E-mark or TÜV approval, making it non-street legal and intended for racetrack use only. It is designed for all 6-cylinder gasoline models with a manual transmission. Installation on models with an automatic transmission is possible but requires minor material removal from two spots on the transmission. Some general adjustments and modifications may be expected during installation. Schmiedmann recommends using shorter stud bolts (part number 11-12-7-593-376) for easier nut mounting. Guiding mounting time is estimated at 6.5 to 7.5 hours. The product comes with a weight of 24.00 KG and package dimensions of 173x47x21 cm.
