The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for the 2006-2013 Chevrolet Impala (GMX211) FWD models. These coilovers feature a monotube damper design to enhance heat dissipation and minimize oil leakage. They provide 32 levels of adjustable damping, allowing fine-tuning of both rebound and compression. The ride height is adjustable, lowering the vehicle by 1 to 2.5 inches from its factory setting, without compromising suspension travel. The independent lower mount adjustment ensures shock and spring integrity while adjusting height. Constructed from lightweight and corrosion-resistant T6-6061 aluminum, these coilovers feature an anodized coating for protection against rust and corrosion. The shock bodies are electroplated with a zinc coating for additional rust protection. The springs are made from SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound material for durable and consistent performance. Integrated dust boots and bump stops protect the components from debris and wear. These coilovers are designed as a 100% bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications unless specified in the specifications. They are rebuildable, allowing for replacement of individual parts like shock cartridges if needed. SF Racing products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. These coilovers DO NOT interface with OEM electronic damping control systems. Additional parts may be required to remove error codes if the OEM suspension has electronic features.
