Sport Shock Bushing Kit

The Skunk2 Racing Sport Shock Bushing is a direct replacement part crafted from durable red polyurethane, designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your suspension system. This bushing is specifically engineered for use with Skunk2 Sport Shocks and also fits certain Pro-C Coilover applications. It is compatible with a wide range of Honda Civic models from 1988-2000 and Acura Integra models from 1990-2001 when used in sport shock applications. Additionally, it is suitable for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si Pro-C models. Installation requires careful attention to lubrication. It is crucial not to install the bushing dry. A white lithium or other synthetic, water-resistant grease must be used during installation to ensure proper function and prevent premature wear. Avoid petroleum-based lubricants, such as WD-40, as they can accelerate the deterioration of the polyurethane material. When replacing existing worn bushings, it is important to retain and reinstall the metal sleeve that is intended to fit inside the bushing, as these are not provided separately.
