Designed specifically for the 2009-2014 Honda Fit (GE) chassis, these progressive rate springs lower the vehicle's center of gravity, reducing body roll and improving cornering. The progressive spring design ensures superb ride quality and comfort. Constructed from high-strength 54SiCr6 spring steel with a tensile strength of 290,000 psi, each spring is made in H&R's ISO 9001 certified facility in Germany. The springs are shot peened for enhanced durability and resiliency. On average, these springs lower the vehicle by 1.5 to 1.8 inches, with a specific front lowering of 1.6 inches and a rear lowering of 1.3 inches. They are designed for 2WD vehicles only and are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems unless explicitly stated. The progressive spring rate design not only benefits handling but also contributes to a more streamlined profile, potentially improving gas mileage due to lower wind resistance. This full set includes both front and rear springs, offering a complete suspension upgrade.
