The H&R Sport Sway Bar Kit is engineered to significantly reduce body roll, increase lateral stiffness, and improve the overall handling dynamics of the Porsche 981 Boxster and Cayman models. This kit includes a 28mm front sway bar, which is not adjustable, and a 24mm rear sway bar with two adjustable settings, allowing for fine-tuning of the vehicle's self-steering behavior. Crafted from high-tensile 50CrV4 steel alloy, these sway bars are built for resilience and durability. They undergo a shot peening and heat-treating process, and feature precision-forged ends. H&R includes its exclusive bushings, made from a urethane/Teflon composite that actively eliminates squeaks and negates the need for lubrication, ensuring a maintenance-free installation. The bars are finished with a powder coating for long-lasting aesthetics and protection against the elements, suitable for both street and track use. Installation can be performed on the front axle only or on both axles. It is recommended to use OE mounting parts if not included and to check for like-new condition, replacing any worn OE parts.
