Sport True Coilover System with 32 Levels of Damping

The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for the 2013-2019 Ford Escape, offering a significant upgrade for street-driven vehicles seeking enhanced performance and adjustability. These coilovers feature a monotube damper design, which effectively dissipates heat and minimizes oil leakage, ensuring consistent damping performance. The damping is adjustable across 32 levels, allowing users to fine-tune both rebound and compression for optimal ride quality and handling. Designed for a sporty stance, these coilovers provide an adjustable ride height, capable of lowering the vehicle by 1 to 2.5 inches below factory specifications without compromising suspension travel. The front suspension utilizes a true coilover system, while the rear employs a divorced design with separate shock and spring components. The shock bodies are electroplated with a zinc coating for superior rust protection, and they utilize low-friction, pressure-resistant housings for longevity. For improved handling and noise reduction, the coilovers come standard with reinforced rubber top mounts. Optional aluminum camber plates with pillowball bushings are also available for the front. The springs are constructed from SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound steel for durability. Internal components feature Japanese NOK seals and Italian IP damping oil to prevent leaks and ensure high-performance damping. Integrated dust boots and bump stops protect the coilovers from debris and wear. Installation is designed as a 100% bolt-on replacement, meaning no modifications are typically required. However, it is important to note that SF Racing coilovers DO NOT interface with OEM electronic damping control systems. If your vehicle has electronic damping, additional parts may be needed to remove error codes. The manufacturer also notes that factory ride height cannot be achieved with this setup. All SF Racing suspension is hand-built to order, with handling times varying from 1-7 business days. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
