Sport Tune Only L5D (2019-2021)

The Calibrated Power Solutions - L5D Tuning Package provides everything needed to tune 2019-2023 L5D Duramax engines. It is designed to unlock the power potential of the truck without deleting or tampering with emissions equipment. Factory L5D engines are rated at 350 HP and 750 ft-lbs of torque. This tuning package can add up to +125 RWHP and +240 lb/ft TQ over stock, significantly improving performance.

**Tune Options (Single Tune or SOTF):**
* **Sport Tune:**
* Peak Horsepower & Torque: +125 RWHP / +240 ft-lbs
* Total: 440 HP / 880 ft-lbs
* Features: Fastest possible acceleration, firm shifting, no dead pedal, biggest adrenaline rush.
* Considerations: Too much power for towing without proper gauges, potential for irresponsible drivers to damage the truck.
* **Street Tune:**
* Improved Horsepower & Torque: +100 RWHP / +180 ft-lbs
* Features: No dead pedal feeling, maximum power and torque while maintaining OEM reliability, fast acceleration, smooth power curve, responsive throttle pedal, retains factory turbo/exhaust brake.
* **Light Tow:**
* Horsepower & Torque Increase: +80 RWHP / +144 ft-lbs
* Features: Balance between daily driving and towing, smooth power curve, custom "SMART EGT Control," air-fuel ratio limits for soot reduction, designed for towing less than 8,000 lbs, revised pedal sensitivity, retains factory turbo/exhaust brake.
* **Heavy Tow:**
* Horsepower & Torque Increase: +40 RWHP / +72 ft-lbs
* Features: Safe for heavy towing, increases power without increasing EGTs, custom "SMART EGT Control," air-fuel ratio limits for soot reduction, designed for towing 8,000 lbs up to GVWR, revised pedal sensitivity, retains factory turbo/exhaust brake.
* **Optimized Stock (Valet Mode):**
* Features: Slight revisions to factory calibration, no significant peak power increase, useful for troubleshooting or when another person is driving the truck.

**Transmission Tuning:**
Extra attention has been given to develop engine tuning for L5D's with the 6-Speed Allison Heavy Duty transmission. Currently, there is no TCM (Transmission Control Module) tuning available for these transmissions, but the ECM tune file is optimized for best driving and effectiveness.
