The Koni 8641-1474SPORT is a yellow-painted, externally rebound adjustable, twin-tube, low pressure gas charged strut insert designed for performance street driving applications. It is specifically engineered for the 2000-2006 Dodge Neon and 2000-2001 Plymouth Neon models, with the exception of the SRT4 variant. This McPherson strut insert requires a special installation process: it is bolted into the original equipment (OE) housing after cutting the top and removing the old internal components. This design allows for enhanced road holding and handling properties, offering a sportier feel and improved cornering confidence for enthusiasts who enjoy tweaking their vehicle's setup.
